Hi,
I have booked a ticket on travolook on 21st June and they cancelled it immediately saying some operational issues and told me I’ll get my refund in 4-5 days but it has been 45 days now I didn’t get my refund. Everytime I call to customer care they say it’ll come next week. This company has been duping people since 3 years . There are already several complaints lodged against them. I sincerely request you take an immediate action against them and make them pay. Thank you so much .
