On 18th November, 2021, I tried booking a flight on travolook.in from Delhi to Ranchi. My booking reference number is: 151425950.
After making the payment of Rs. 4674/- , they mailed me saying that my ticket was cancelled due to fare difference and I’ll receive 100% refund soon. Since then I’ve called Travolook several times written many e-mails asking for refund and every-time they kept assuring me that I’ll get my refund within 7-10 working days. Now when the time limit has passed and again I called them on the above mentioned number, they again are saying that I’ll get my refund within 5-7 working days.
Am literally frustrated . Requesting you to please help me getting back my refund.
