I have booked ticket from BOM to BBS. The amount showing in link was 8300, i paid the said amount through link then ticket not boked but money deducted my account. (They do not have auto online ticket booking system, always money deducted then when you call customer care they will ask for more money as fair amount raised. but real thing is fair not increased) Hence total amount i paid is Rs. 11,085.00 (Receipt also got 11085 amount) for the ticket, (Ticket & Receipt attached for Reference).
After 2 days the flight got cancelled from airasia and i called up them after got cancelled sms in my mobile. Airasia told we have fully returned your money that is 8835 on 13 nov 2021.
But Travolook not retuned money till 18th Dec 2021. After so many calls and complaints they directly sent 6570 to my account with out giving any details.
I asked about so much difference in amount. They said We deduct our service charge and we do not refund fair difference amount while return. It means fair real not increased and also Airasia confirm the received amount is 8835 then why they took 11085 from me and also provided the ticket with print amount 11085. how they make fraud please under stand.
