I had booked a ticket from Coimbatore to Patna on the 16th April 2021. Confirmation number: REF931406842. Amount ₹6505.00 was deducted from my account. Later, they called and told me that PNR was not generated and hence the ticket was cancelled due to fare differences. They also informed me that the amount will be refunded within 7 days. I sent them a mail on the 24th April expressing my concern over the refund. They told me that it will be refunded within the next 10-15 days.

had booked a ticket from kandla port to delhi on the 25th feb 2021. Confirmation number: REF14159461. Amount Rs.7200.00 was deducted from my account. but some error my ticket was cancelled due to fare differences. They also informed me that the amount will be refunded within 10-15 working days. I sent them a mail 4 to 5 times for the refund. They told me that it will be refunded within the next 5-7 days. but till today that is 26th april 2021 I can.t get my amount. such a fraud company. please refund my amount as soon as possible.
