Hi have made the booking with Travolook on 24th sep 2021, they cancelled the reservation say due to operational reason airlines cancelled the ticket, customer care reps said refund will be initiated into the same back account which after waiting n following up money didn’t get refunded. Saying they hv initiated refund it’s problem at merchant ends. They are thinking consumer are fuckwit.
