I have booked a ticket with travolook the amount was debited and soon they sent an email that the booking has been cancelled. Stating that the money will be refunded in 5-7 business days. It has been more than a month but the amount is not been initiated from their end. In past 1 month I have called them more than 20 times and each time their representative asks me to wait one more week. They are the biggest fraud in travel industry. REF514550017 is the ID generated at their end.
