REF919844185 I have booked 2 tickets on september 18 2021, due to some error pnr generation was failed , the travolook executive said you ll be refunded within 7 to 10 working days . as per the date till day its around more than 25 working days till today i have not received the refund , the customer executive telling again 7 to 10 working days . kindly help on this . thanking you.
