I had booked Air line tickets Mumbai to Prayagraj and back (Two way ticket) on 24th June 21. however after the amount of 7584 INR got deducted, I got an email that due to Fare expiration my tickets did not get booked, and that Travolook will refund the money in 7-10 working days. Cancellation reference number : REF522183858.
I waited for at least a month, but the amount did not get credited, then I called them on 0124-643-4800 and wrote emails to customer care on “support@travolook.in”. Every time i get the standard reply “it will take 5-7 working days to refund the amount”. I must have called them three times and wrote them emails 3 times in the last 3 Months.
however since last week i have tried 3 to 4 times to connect on the customer care number but i will be put on a queue, and will get disconnected after 2-3 mins. I am also not getting response to my last email as well.
I also searched on the Internet about Travolook, I find a lot of fraud complains against this agency. they have been doing this with many consumers.
I am terrified, how Travolook is doing such kind of fraudulent business in broad daylight, without being captured. Please get such agencies penalized asap, and make them refund money to all such victimized consumers like me.
