I have booked tickets for Guwahati to Bhubaneswar for two adults, My amount was showing Rs. 15985, which i have paid through using my debit card, but after successful payment made, in 2 or 3 minutes later i have received a mail that my booking is cancelled due to an operatational issue and then i have received a call from customer care, they are saying my booking is cancelled and my amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days ok fine.
I have been waiting for so long but still my money is not getting back,
Its a fraud site , and today i have received a mail and in the mail there is written refund will be Rs. 13845 how??
1st case refund is not yet credited
2ndly deduction from my total amount why??
Booking was cancelled due to travolook site issue not my problem
Then why refund is not credited..
