I had purchased a ticket in travlook.in website. Later they called me and informed me that my booking was canceled due to an operational issue and I need to pay 2000 extra for booking another flight. I refused to pay and they initiated cancellation and informed me that I will get the refund in 7 days. But the amount didn’t get the money even after a month. I sent them multiple emails and the response was to keep patience. My booking reference number is REF015259077
