I have booked ticket on 11 December 2021 from travolook.in after that my booking has got canceled and A lady called me that your booking has been canceled and we can confirm your ticket if you pay some extra amount and I refused to pay the amount and I said provide me refund than she said ok we are going to refund your amount just wait 10-15 working days after waited for that much long I came back and they said your refund has been failed, We would request you to please wait more 10 working days and I said ok can you provide me transaction Id and they just refused to give me and instead of giving me resolution their customer started behaving rude and one of her executive Ravina Sehagal she was very rude and she said if you don’t understand I will disconnect your call and while talking to her she hung up and I am still waiting for the refund but getting nothing.
