I used this website called travolook to book my air ticket. Just as the payment was done, they cancelled my ticket when i called airline thy said price has hiked by 980 rs. So they said that they will initiate a refund in my bank account. They haven’t send me any confirmation on my refund process. When I called on their number, they said they will send me a email soon and the customer service girl seemed completely unaffected and unresponsive to my request.
