I had booked a flight ticket through travolook on 25th August ( From Ranchi to Chennai). But they cancelled it saying that the fare expired and they will refund the amount of Rs 3509 within 7 to 10 days.
I called the customer care after 7 days and they said it will get refund do not worry. I called the customer care again today and told him about this, also gave the reference id REF448726052. He asked me to hold for sometime and he never returned back and the phone got disconnected. Today is the 13th day.
Please get my refund of Rs 3509 at the earliest
