I did a air ticket booking with Travolook on 5th July which was cancelled by Travolook for technical reason. They sent me an automated email saying money will get credited back to the same account in 7-10 days. When I didn’t get my money back I called them on 23rd Aug.Their customer service executive told me to wait for another 7 days. I again called them on 1st Sept but my call is getting disconnected. I think they are not willing to give my money back. Need help.
