Hello I am Shan Mohammed. I booked a flight ticket on 25july 2021 via travolook website. My booking ref no is REF492043436, And sooner after my money (6315) deducted, it was appeared on screen that my booking is under process and asked me to wait for 30 mins. Then I got a mail that my ticket is cancelled due to fare expiration. But money already deducted and I didnt recieve any refund.
