I had booked ticket for my brother on 18 Jan 2022 and after 15mins i got the call from Travolook executive as the ticket got cancelled due to operational reason your amount will be refunded within 10-15 working days. its been more than 7 months now i have been calling the customer care and dropping continous mails still i have not received my refund
