Hello,
I have booked flight ticket (from Bengaluru to Imphal) online by Travolook.com on March 17, 2022. They have deducted the amount and after that cancel my ticket in 5 minutes of payment. They stated refund will be processed in 8/10 working days However it been nearly 30 days still not initiating refund. I have done several follow up calls and e-mail still no response. Please look into the matter and help me to refund my hard earning money.
