Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked a flight of rs.4081/- on 1st Feb. through Travolook, unfortunately it was cancelled from travolook automatically and i got the call from travleook that you will get your refund within 7 days. I am continuously trying to call them from that day to till now but they are giving me the same reply every time that you will get your refund within seven days. till today I didn’t get my refund back.
I tried to raise the dispute form in SBI also but SBI is also not help me take out from this issue . i request you to kindly help me to over this issue and get my refund back.
