My Complaint

I tried to book 2 airline tickets over Travolook (one for me and one for my wife). Both booking got aborted after payment made.
The message I got from Travolook is “This is to inform you that your reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason. Please be informed that the refund will be initiated at our end and the amount will reflect back to the same bank account within 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday).

I waited for 15 days and then followed up on their number and mailed them 3 times to get my refund. The phone was answered once and they promised to get my refund within 5 days. Nothing has happened yet (nearly now 1 month has past) and I am deprivided of my refund money.

History of the case
1. Airline ticket (2 tickets) Booking made on Mar 15th
2. Reminded travolook for refund by email on Mar 21st
3.Escalation to travolook for refund by email on Mar 23rd
4. called Travolook number and informed to get refund on Mar 31st

No postive response on email escalations / calls and so raising this Customer Complaint.
