I booked a flight ticket from Mumbai to Patna through Travolook (Flight booking portal) on 6th july but after recieving payment they cancelled my request and not initiated my refund and they said they initiated the refund when i asked for UTR or reference id they said it will be emailed in few time but not even recieve a single email regarding same
