Dear Sir,
I booked my air ticket through travolook.in on 21st June from Banglore to Indore of 3rd July.
Immediately after booking transaction of Rs. 7824/-, I received a confirmation mail from travolook.in that my transaction is successful. Payment ID: pay_JkD8fFjjiyat9g
But in another 10 minutes, I received a call from travolook.in (+911246434800- caller name: Jaya) that my ticket is not booked and I will get refund of my money in 24-48 hours. Same mail I received from travolook.in mentioning transaction failed and booking cancelled reference number: REF560768091
After 48 hours, I called travolook support number, I was responded to make refund in 8 to 10 days.
On calling travolook support after completing 10 days, I was responded to get refund after completion of 10 working days i.e. by 5th July.
Now when I called travolook support for refund on 6th July, again I am getting assurance of refund in next 7 days or they will transfer the amount to travolook wallet, so that now after 15 days, I will have to take risk of booking again through this fraud website.
