On 29th Nov ’21 tried to book ticket for Guhati to Mumbai through TRAVOLOOK but they failed to book the ticket, but an amount 5149/- was deducted from a/c, They immediately informed it will be refunded within 15 working days but after that I mailed and contacted multiple times and only empty promises are given. Till date they are just giving excuses and today they said we will do manually and that will also take more 15 days.
