had booked 1 tickets online in 4th jan, 2021, i am cancel my ticket in booking counter i am send the RMK copy to travolook still i am send so may mails to support team but is not responding still 5 months competed but not received my amount . I have called multiple times to customer care but they are not returning my money.
So please initiate action against them, I want their directors chairman to teach them a lesson, there are lot of complaints against them.
