I had booked 1 tickets online in 7th feb, 2021, they inform that tickets has not booked due to some technical issue and your amount will be credited in 7-10 days but still i have not received my money in my card as well as my wallet. I have called multiple times to customer care but they are not returning my money.

Till now I haven’t received any credit of tickets price total rs. 4525/- along with interest.
So please initiate action against them, I want their directors chairman to teach them a lesson, there are lot of complaints against them.
