Fraud booking agent

I had booked 1 tickets online in 8 th March, 21, they inform that tickets have booked by mail & then their Ececutive call say that, the airline has increased tickets price so confirm whether you need to continue the booking or we cancel the ticket. If don’t confirm, they cancel the booking on their own & inform that amount will be credit in 7-10 days.
Till now I haven’t received any credit of tickets price total rs. 2174/- along with interest.
So please initiate action against them, I want their directors chairman to teach them a lesson, there are lot of complaints against them.
