On 6th march 2022, I was trying to booked 2 tickets, but after payment the tickets were cancelled automatically and a phone call received from their call center replied that “Sir your booking had been cancelled from Airline end, you will get your refund within 7-10 days”. But after 10 days when I didn’t received the refund, I’d called to the customer care “01246434800”, and mailed to “support@travolook.in” then they replied please wait for 4 days, after that time period over and I didn’t get the refund, I’d called the customer care again then they answered that another 10-15 days will take to refund, like that way, they extend the time limit but no positive response, even after the first time they didn’t replied the mail. From the last week the customer care agents replied that ” they had initiates the refund, the delay is from merchent end”. Even on 04.04.2022 the customer care agent give the excuse of “Lockdown”. Even after one month I don’t get the refund from travolook. Why not Government take steps against this agencies..! Request to help on the same.
