I booked flight tickets on 28 Jan 2021 from TravoLook. During booking and till I made the payment the fare amount was Rs 15842.00, after 20 mins got a call from the support team and they said airline has increased the fare and I need to pay increased fare which is Rs 3500, when I said I can still see the fare is same and it has not increased then Travo look agent said to pay Rs 2000 instead of Rs 3500. I did not understand why I need to pay extra amount. And after some discussion I asked them to cancel my tickets and refund the amount. They deducted Rs 2000 as a cancellation fee and said Rs 13842 will be refunded with 13- 15 days. Still did not received my money. Tried contacting them on FaceBook, Customer support email did not get the response.
