I had booked a ticket with travolook on 17 oct immediately i got a call saying that the airlines cancelled the ticket and i will get my refund within 7-10 BD however its been 30 days and i havent got any money back . They dont respond to my emails , and disconnecting my calls . Kindly assist this complaint.. And block the this type of websites for booking tickets..
