Fraud Airline company: Travolook.com
Their business model to fraud people and make money: They are a flight booking website but once someone makes a payment for flight booking, they cancel the booking saying airlines increased the price and they don’t refund the amount. Sometimes they take 2-3 months and make interest of the payment.
Reference number for my booking: REF803386040
I booked my tickets on the website travolook.com and they cancelled it saying that the fares were increases by the flight whereas the fares of the flight were same (after 10 mins, 2 hours, 24hrs, and 2 days). They have now secured 9200 and not refunding the amount. I have found similar complaints on Google and Twitter for this website. There is no genuine information available about it’s owners, employees or anything about this company except for a fraudulent website where they have duped thousands of customers. Request you to please look into this issue.
