I booked a flight ticket for my daughter on 19th June and it was cancelled with in an hour by Travolook stating due to operational issues ticket is cancelled and will receive the refund in 10 days. It’s been 2 months still no refund. I spoke to them and emailed multiple times and every time I have been assured refund will be done it got stuck due to technical reasons. I seriously don’t understand why they do this and Travolook are big time cheaters
