Hi – I’m Dinesh Thalavai booked Ticket via travolook from Madurai to Mumbai on Dec 4 2021 [Reference ID – REF596576578]. It has been auto-cancelled due to changes in flight fares, but the amount for the booking has been done.
Since Dec 4 – I tried to reach 4 time[Dec 9, 22 and Jan 7th] —> Still i couldn’t get my amount refund for the auto-cancelled booking. whenever I recall them – I get same answer – wait for 7 more days!
And the customer support which i received Today was pathetic —-> after explaining all my concerns —-> she was responding till that and when i ask to give me a solution —–> she waited for few seconds and started asking “Am I audible 5 times and disconnected the call”
