It’s been more than 1.5 yrs that I did not get my refund for a flight from Lucknow to Delhi, booked on 14th Aug 2021 via travolook (amount Rs 11,790). I have made umpteen no of calls and sent multiple emails but they have just fooled us with excuses to not to refund the money. I am just fed up now.
