On 12th Feb 22 I booked 3 tkts on their website ref nos 484422913 , 800407032, and 870256775 Mumbai to goa I was informed that due to technical reasons the tickets are cancelled n to rebook after 30 minutes Later I did n got confirmed booking for which I had to pay again Several emails to them r unanswered n telephone calls r giving false promises and excuses for repayment It has been more than a month n refund is not coming
