On 22.09.2021 I booked 2 roundtrip tickets to Mumbai. Payment was successful, through payment gateway Razorpay. After 10 minutes company sent a mail under reference number REF650600858, stating tickets were cancelled as PNR was not generated. They haven’t returned my debited amount.
