I had booked a tickets from tvaolook on 19th august i an amount of 6800 and they cancelled the tickets I contacted the coustoner care they said will get a refund in 10-15 working business days after completing 15 working business days they said again to wait for 7 – 10days after completing 10 days today on 20 sept I called agai they are saying due to some murchant issue refund not initiated wait for 5 more days
Please take corrective action against these type of componies
