Date of booking: 15/05/2021, Destination: Jammu to Chennai, Amount: rs5660, Transaction id: P22105151325387866513170, Booking id: RES036970998, Travel date: 16/05/2021, Consumer had booked flight tickets through travolook.in website on 15/05/2021 transaction was successful but the tickets were not booked and he did not got PNR number, he complained about this to the company they told they will refund the amount but still now they did not refunded the amount, he called them many times they are telling him to wait for few more days, he wants to file grievance against this issue and he needs the refund amount as soon as possible.
