I booked one flight ticket (From BLR to DBR) for myself on 27th Jan from the website https://travolook.in. The ticket was for travel on 09.02.2022 with reference no. REF039997162 The total amount deducted from my account was Rs. 5066.00. Just after the booking, I received a call from the company which said that due to the sudden increase in fares by the airline you have to pay some extra amount for my booking, I asked not to book and asked to cancel my ticket.
During the past one and a half month period, I called them three times to know the status and every time the assigned support executive said by evening or by tomorrow money will credit my account Now I feel trapped as when I ask for any complaint number or want to talk to their seniors they disconnect the phone. Please assist me in how the matter can be taken up with the correct authority. I will be very grateful. Thank you.
