I have paid flight booking charges to travolook company as per their website.I have not received any ticket booking confirmation from this agency, so called customer regarding the same after 2 hours of payment.First time they informed that,flight was cancelled and next time they informed due to increase in that flight charges your booking was cancelled.So I requested them to book the same flight or other flight immediately,I am ready to pay extra or increased charges.Travolook company customer care replied that, it not possible to them and your refund will be credited 7-10 days and cut my phone call.After some I wroteone mail regarding the same and requested them to refund my amount immediately.In reply of that ,they forwarded one email and stated that, your refund will be credited 15 days(excluding Saturday Sunday and holiday).I searched after some time in their website,same rates are shown for that flight.It means that they are fraud and collecting money from public by this new way
