booked my ticket 2weeks back & they said it is cancelled, refund in 2 weeks. Nothing is done in 2 weeks. They do for all customer bookings, hold their money for no reasons !
4days back spoke with customer care executive, said amount will be returned within 2days. But till date no refund n no response from Travolook team.
