I had booked 2 tickets with a website called travolook.in ( wingintravel ) which were cancelled by them the same day within 5-10 minutes. They promised to provide a refund within 7-10 business days. It has been more than 20 days and there is still no progress on the refund . They have stopped replying on emails and on calls they are saying it will take more 7-10 days.
