I have book ticket through travolook kanpur to mumbai and they cancelled my ticket and mailed me that your amount will get refund within 15 working days but still I don’t get my money back and they maild me only reference number
Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF275016259 My ticket was cancelled and I am waiting my refund since long time and Miss. Neha tigga said I will get my refund within 15 days but I’m still waiting for my money And also she is not giving any response on mail
