Text of Complaint by Rohit Goel:

Hello, I booked a ticket from Travolook web platform from Delhi to Bangalore for 23 Dec’2021. I received a mail that the booking is under process & after some time they cancelled the booking & mentioned that the amount will be refunded in 6 working days.
I sent many reminders & called customer service as well but no positive response from there side. Ticket booking ref ID is “REF294326027”.
Total transaction amount is ₹5521.00.
It’s been more than a 4 months and I have not yet received the amount. I have called customer care many times so far. They only say that the refund has been initiated and there’s some technical problem in refund every time I call them. It’s getting frustrating now. I’m pdf of the cancellation mail received from travolook.in
