I was trying to book air tickets from TRAVOLOOK when i got duped after making payment they gave me called and said the price have changed and you need to pay extra or cancel the booking.
After cancelling the booking they emailed me stating within 7-10 working days your full amount will be refunded. Today is 20th day and other than falls hope they are not doing anything else. After multiple calls n follow up they haven’t initiated my refund yet.
