I had booked 3 tickets for mangalore to pune from Travolook website on July 11th 2021. After sometime on the same day I received a mail stating that the booking has been cancelled due to fare expiration and a customer representative contacted me saying that the money will be refunded within 10 to 15 days. Since then, whenever I contact them about the refund amount, they are stating that the refund amount has bounced back and they’ll reinitiate the refund and asked me to wait for next 5 to 7 days. Today its August 27th, exactly 48 days, and whenever I contact them, I get the same reason. I’m still waiting for the refund.
