I am Naveen Kumar. I booked a air ticket in the name of manju kumari (my spouse) through travolook but my ticket was not booked and my amount Rs 3134/- was debited on 19/11/2020 and not refunded till now 20/11/2020 more than 1 months. Please resolve this matter on priority basis.

my name HS Shekhawat booked the flight through Travelook agency in 04/11/2020…and amount of Rs 3147 has been deducted…from my bank account but ticket not generated….the amount not refunded till date ..after rebook the same flight on 04/11/2020…and the amount of Rs 3147 again deducted from my bank account….on the date of 28/11/2020 my flight has been cancelled …after 2 month expired an amount Rs 3147 and Rs 3147 have not been refunded till date request look into the matter and refund the amount….I have make many call to Travelook but all are vein..
