Its a fraud company. I paid journey on 16/12/2021 from kanpur to Mumbai. After payment, they say booking not successful and amount will get back in 10 working days. Its more than four months and frequent calls end with giving case IDs but no progression. Its surelyl fraud company seated in Gurgaon. I dont know why no one takes action against same
