I booked the flight from travolook on 16th of january from bangalore to lucknow With reference id 877181842. The money Rs 6748 got debited But the flight ticket Got cancelled Immediately From the website end. And since then I have been Writting several Mails to there customer care ID and I have spoken to Almost 10-11 customer Care representatives Requesting for my refund. Every time i receive the Standard response that amount Would be refund 7-10 days but it has been 1 month now Still there is no action On my refund. It feels so helpless, cheated and irritating. Please refund my amount
