I booked a flight ticket on 9th November to manglore through tavolook, which got cancelled due to technical issue but the ticket fare was debited. It’s been over a month but I haven’t received the refund. Im trying to connect to the customer service they put me on hold or don’t connect me to the executive.this website seems to be fraud.
There are many who have raised similar complaint against them.
