Hi, I would like to register a complaint again this fraud company as I have been duped of Rs 2800. The history goes same as many other who book tickets through this third party. I made a booking from Goa to Hyd for Dec 5th 2021 Travel, immediately within a min I get a call saying due to flight price changes, and this is next to impossible as any genuine company would not maintain static prices on their website. When spoke to their customer agent, like any executive read out a bible of rules saying we are looking into, refund is being processed etc. I request the authorities to charge the company for duping customers and help us get the refund.
