I made a flight booking on 07/02/2021 for my friend Rajender Parsad, The flight was from HYDERABAD to GOA at a fare of Rs.1829/- and my booking reference number was “REF990183491”. The booking process was abruptly stopped and nothing happened, within few minutes, I have received a call from travolook and the support person had informed me that the flight fare was suddenly increased and that is the reason my ticket was not booked. Within few minutes, I had also received a mail saying the same thing. It’s almost a month now, I haven’t got my refund yet even after rigorous follow-ups. I am attaching all my mail correspondences. I request you to help me in getting my refund as quickly as possible and further I request you to take strict action against the website for fraudulent activities
